Return Window
Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase. The return request must be submitted within the specified 3-day period. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Product Condition
For a return to be eligible, the product should be in its original condition, preferably with the original packaging, accessories, and included items. If a product has been used, damaged, scratched, altered, or its original appearance or condition has significantly changed, NOVAZEN may determine an appropriate deduction based on the extent of use, damage, or depreciation before processing any refund. Products that are substantially damaged, misused, or returned in an unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Return & Delivery Charges
Any applicable return or delivery charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect product delivery, or an error attributable to NOVAZEN. If a customer places an order but refuses or fails to receive the product, the applicable delivery/return delivery charges will be payable by the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, NOVAZEN will determine the applicable refund amount based on the product's condition and the reason for return. If the product is returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition, the eligible amount will be refunded according to the applicable payment and refund terms. For used or partially damaged products, any applicable depreciation or damage-related deduction may be made before the refund is processed. Refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved, using the original payment method or another applicable refund method.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, including hygiene-sensitive items such as earbuds and similar products, may not be eligible for return once the original seal has been opened, unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by NOVAZEN.
